Every Wax Melt Collection Box is thoughtfully curated to give you a complete fragrance experience. Inside each box, you’ll receive 8 full-sized handcrafted snap bars, carefully selected around a specific scent theme such as Laundry, Sweet, Floral, or Fresh.

Each box is designed so there are no duplicate scents, giving you variety, balance, and a luxurious home fragrance experience every time.

All wax melts are hand-poured in small batches using high-quality fragrance oils for a strong, long-lasting scent throw. Every product is fully CLP compliant for your peace of mind.

Your subscription is charged automatically on your chosen renewal date at the discounted price of £17.00 per box, saving you 15% compared to the standard £20.00 one-time purchase price.

Dispatch

We know you’ll be excited for your next box, so all subscription orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is processed.

You’ll receive an email confirmation each time your subscription renews so you can track your delivery with ease.

Managing Your Subscription

Your subscription is completely flexible and always under your control. You can skip a box, pause your subscription, change your delivery schedule, update your details, or cancel at any time.

Any changes must be made before your next renewal date to take effect on your upcoming order.

Fragrance Collections

Each box is curated based on your selected fragrance theme. Because our products are handmade in small batches, occasional substitutions may be required. If this happens, we will always replace the scent with a similar fragrance from the same collection to maintain your chosen scent experience.

Cancel Anytime

There is no commitment or contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date, giving you complete flexibility and control.

Once a renewal payment has been processed, that order is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returns & Refunds

As all products are handmade wax melts, we are unable to accept returns on subscription boxes unless items arrive damaged or faulty.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
